Synopsis

Once a famous pop singer in his homeland of Pakistan, Ahmad now finds himself peddling coffee and donuts on the streets of New York as he fights to regain his dignity and the love of his little son. For a brief moment he thinks he can change his life for the better. And that he will be able to find love in his heart again. But isn’t this just another illusion? A convincing portrait of emigration, unfulfilled dreams, loneliness, despair and loss of hope, shot with minimal funding but with maximum authenticity. A truly independent film.
