Synopsis
Before the current Middle East crisis ignited in 2000, Palestinians from the occupied territories could gain limited access to Israel by joining special three-day guided bus tours. This engaging film packed with emotions follows the participants of one such tour as they visit the country that was once their homeland. The result is an intimate, frank and at times even optimistic road movie that explores the uneasy relationship between two nations in conflict, viewed through the eyes of individuals whose lives bear the scars of oppression, imprisonment and death.
