Synopsis
Then ten-year-old Ivetka’s unique story began on August 5, 1990 when the Virgin Mary appeared to her on Zvir Mountain in north-east Slovakia. During the following five years, hundreds of thousands of people visited the pilgrimage site, and for many the girl became a veritable icon. Today, Ivetka is 27 and forward-looking, but she understands the deeper significance associated with her life up till now.
