The travel agency Weco-Travel (CZ) s.r.o. is the official company for Karlovy Vary IFF which will help you choose and book the most suitable way of transport to the festival.
We will provide you with air tickets, bus and train tickets, arrange you car rentals and transfers. We will also gladly propose and arrange an accompanying program to the festival for you (trips around Karlovy Vary or other activities).

In case of booking online on the above mentioned websites the transaction fee is only 15 EUR (400 CZK) per person / air ticket. The electronic air tickets will be sent to you to your email address. By car...
Since the Thermal hotel and other cinemas are located in the pedestrian part of town, reaching them by car can be a problem.
By train or bus...
The bus and train stations in Karlovy Vary are approximately 15 minutes´ walk from the Thermal hotel. If you´re traveling to the festival from Prague, we recommend that you take the bus to shorten your journey time.
Festival Bus Shuttle
- Visitors of the 45th Karlovy Vary IFF can use three shuttle services during the festival free-of-charge. The buses connect accommodation sites with specific cinemas
- Lines operate from July 2 to July 11, 2010
- The timetables are designed so that buses arrive at the film venues in time for screenings
- The Thermal hotel bus stop is located in front of the hotel in the direction to the colonnade (behind the stand Captain Morgan)

- Festival line F1: Stanové městečko – Hotel Thermal – Kino Panasonic - Hotel Festival
- Festival line F2: Kemp Březová – Richmond - Hotel Thermal – Stanové městečko and back
