Ticket information
Festival visitors can see movies in a variety of ways. You may:
- reserve tickets on the internet prior to the start of the festival
- purchase tickets at festival box offices
- purchase an advantageous Festival Pass and pick up tickets at festival box offices or go to the cinema with no ticket
- reserve tickets via WAP and text message while at the festival
- take a chance on the Last Minute box office
- become a Festival Passholder and gain admittance to theaters without a ticket
- take advantage of the Kina bez bariér service if you are physically disabled
Ticket sales at festival box offices
Ticket price: 65 CZK
Discount ticket price (*): 50 CZK
(*) Students, senior citizens, and physically disabled persons are entitled to discounted tickets upon submission of proper identification.
- Ticket sales will begin on Thursday, June 27 at 9 AM. From June 28 on, box offices open at 8 AM
- Tickets are sold and issued to Festival Passholders for a given day and the day after
(tickets for the 28th and 29th of June are sold and issued on the 27th and 28th of June) - Festival box offices can be found at Hotel Thermal (Main Box Office, F Bar, Vodafone box office), next to Hotel Thermal (by Espace Cinema), and at Grandhotel Pupp
- If there is a change in the program or if a screening is canceled you may return tickets you have already purchased or picked up (at the Main Box Office in Hotel Thermal)
- Those with tickets must take up their places not later than five minutes before the start of the screening; after this time his or her reservation will no longer be valid
Ticket sales – one hour prior to screening time
Reserved tickets that have not been picked up an hour prior to the start of each screening will become available at all box offices for sale or for claiming with a Festival Pass.
Last Minute box office
The last unsold and unissued tickets are available to Festival Passholders and accredited visitors 15 minutes prior to screening time at the Last Minute box office (on the outside stairs near Espace Cinema by Hotel Thermal).
