Ticket booking
Karlovy Vary IFF offers to festival visitors the advance ticket booking. The viewers can reserve tickets to all festival public screenings from 10:00 on Monday, June 28, 2010 until midnight on Tuesday, June 29, 2010
The enormous interest in the Karlovy Vary IFF sometimes results in all screenings being sold out. That is why we would like to offer visitors arriving to Karlovy Vary the possibility to reserve tickets ahead of time, especially for the day of their arrival and the following day. Ten percent of all festival tickets will be available for advance booking.
How to book a ticket?
- You can reserve tickets after logging into the booking system using your www.kviff.com username and password on tickets.kviff.com
- If you are not registered at www.kviff.com, you may log into the booking system using your e-mail address and a system-generated PIN
- After logging in search the required screenings by screening code, film title, date or cinema
- The booking system will offer you available screenings
- You can book the required screenings (one or two tickets per one screening)
- You can book tickets up to 4 different screenings per day
- You can buy your successfully booked tickets at the main box office at Thermal Hotel.
- Purchasing tickets is subject to the normal rules for festival ticket sales.
Reservation rules
- The viewers may book the tickets online on the internet from 10:00 on Monday, June 28, 2010 until midnight on Tuesday, June 29, 2010
- The price of one ticket is 65 CZK
- The viewers may book up to 2 ticket per a screening and a film
- The viewers may book tickets up to 4 different screenings per day
- No discounts are available for the reserved ticktes. The tickets cannot be bought with the Festival Pass or a festival accreditation
- Reserved tickets for screenings held on the given day and the day after may be collected at the Main box-office in the Thermal hotel
- Please note that ALL RESERVED TICKETS for screenings held on the given day and the day after have to be purchased all at once. You can cancel each reservation in advance in the reservation system
