Presentation possibilities at the Festival

Paid Advertising

The ad orders' deadline is June 8, 2008. If you decide on a combination of several advertisements, we have various attractive discounts to offer. Festival catalogue

• 6,000 copies – distributed in official festival bags and on sale to all festival visitors
• Whole page, in color – € 2,150

Program brochure

• 12,500 copies – distributed in official festival bags and on sale to all festival visitors
• Whole page, in color – € 1,400

Film Industry guide

• 1,100 copies – distributed to all accredited representatives of industry companies at the festival
• Whole page, in color – € 900

Festival Daily

• Printed daily, 9,000 copies (issued nine times during the festival) – free-of-charge, distributed at all public festival venues
• Whole page, in color – € 1,050, half-page – € 550, quarter-page – € 280

Who´s Where

• 2,500 copies issued twice – on July 4 and July 8, distributed to all filmmakers, industry company representatives, journalists, and festival partners
• Pages 2 and 3 (first spread) – € 700, back cover – € 1050

Distribution of your leaflets with industry, filmmaker and press accreditations

• Each accredited representative of an industry company will receive your leaflet (information about the film presented at the festival, etc.)
• Leaflets may also be distributed to accredited filmmakers and journalists
• Leaflets should be sent before the festival opens in order that they may be distributed when accreditation begins. They should be sent to the festival Prague's office by June 26 latest
• Cost: 1,100 leaflets – € 900, 2,500 leaflets – € 1,800

Other Presentation Possibilities

Your company party 

• The coordinator of the festival’s accompanying events can help you organize your own party at the festival, including venue selection, booking, and securing the most convenient date and time, etc.

• The festival can offer you the distribution of the invitations to the festival guests via festival protocol free-of-charge. The hard copies of invitations must be sent to the festival Prague's office by June 26 latest
• We can provide you with the list of the festival guests from June 10, 2008

Distribution of promotional materials 

• Accredited film industry companies may take advantage of the free-of-charge distribution of their promotional materials in the Film Industry office, the personal boxes, and the press center
• To have your materials distributed from the beginning of the festival, you have to send them to the festival Prague's office by June 26 latest
• app. 800 pcs for the personal boxes in the Film Industry office, 600 pcs for the press boxes

Industry Meeting

• You can co-organize an Industry Meeting (the official festival Film Industry event) for the presentation of you film or films screened at the festival; they are held every day at the Meeting Point in the Thermal Hotel at 16:00
• After agreement it is also possible to hold an Industry Meeting  at a different time in the Meeting Point  

Presentation of the films that are not in the festival program

• Producers from the Central and Eastern Europe may present their new films during the East of the West - Works in Progress 2008 (more information here)
• New films (on DVD) may be included in the special video library in the Film Industry Office
