Northern Irish actor Jamie Dornan has arrived at Karlovy Vary Film Festival to present the world premiere of the highly anticipated war drama Anthropoid. The film will officially open the 51st KVIFF tonight.
The star-studded delegation of war drama Anthropoid, consisting of director Sean Ellis and actors Jamie Dornan, Toby Jones, Aňa Geislerová, Alena Mihulová and Václav Neužil, will first greet audiences on the red carpet in front of Hotel Thermal just after 5pm. Aside from the gala premier, they will also present two screenings for the public, starting at 7:45pm in the Small Hall and 8pm in the Congress Hall.
Jamie Dornan most recently starred as the lead Christian Grey in the much anticipated feature film Fifty Shades of Grey. In television, Dornan received critical acclaim for his portrayal of a chilling serial killer in Netflix/BBC's The Fall, the third series of which will air in 2016. In the film Anthropoid, which deals with the dramatic events around the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich, Dornan played the role of one of the paratroopers, Jan Kubiš.
