Franco Zeffirelli

Franco Zeffirelli has always straddled the arts of theatre and film. His love of theratre led him to filmmaking in which he stood out tanks in particular to his adaptations of Shakespeare’s plays. The director accepted a Crystal Globe for Outstanding Artistic Contribution to World Cinema.

Woody Harrelson

The star of such films as Natural Born Killers and The People vs. Larry Flynt, Woody Harrelson caused a lot of excitement among film fans at the festival.
