Actress Kara Hayward has been at KVIFF as part of the delegation for main competition picture To the Stars, director Martha Stephens’ fresh take on the coming of age film set in a rural US community in the early 1960s. In an interview, Hayward discusses starring alongside Liana Liberato, working with directors from Wes Anderson to Jordan Peele, and returning to Karlovy Vary after seven years.
