The Berlinale is over. On KVIFF.TV you can extend it

February 25, 2023, 20:25

The Berlinale International Film Festival has ended in the German capital. The main prize - the Golden Bear - was awarded on Saturday evening to the French-Japanese documentary Sur l'Adamant (On the Adamant) by director Nicolas Philibert. 19 films competed for the prize, the Czech one was missing among them as last year. A special collection of films that have been successful at the Berlinale in previous years can be seen now on KVIFF.TV.

The preparatory team of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival also took part in the Berlinale. Executive Director Kryštof Mucha, Artistic Director Karel Och and programmers presented the upcoming KVIFF and selected the films that could appear in the 57th edition of the Karlovy Vary festival.

The team of the KVIFF.TV VOD platform, headed by director Ivo Andrle, selected films that you will be able to watch from the comfort of your own home. Today you can watch a special collection of films that have been successful screened at the Berlinale in previous years. Among the nine films in the "Festival Berlinale Presents" collection, you can see the winners of the Golden Bears - 2021's Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn, 1990's Larks on a String and 2015's Silver Bear winner Ixcanul.
