Synopsis

Young Hoon has a problem. At school recess he’s the clear winner against the much stronger and taller Kang San. But the huge heffalump won’t admit defeat and takes his prize by force. An innocent game becomes a struggle for power in which the weaker doesn’t seem to have a chance. Until the first blow. . . .

About the director


Min Dong Hyun (b. 1976) graduated in film direction from Seoul’s Art Institute. He’s made short films (DDA, Sun-Day) and documentaries (Janitor, OK Soo Station). The title of his latest, black-and-white film is evocative of the immortal Ed Wood: Plan 19 from Outer Space (2000).
