Beautiful Dead Woman

Imagina 2024 / Die schöne Tote / Germany, Austria 2024

Beautiful Dead Woman

Synopsis

The woman’s dead, but her hair still looks great. This film compilation arranges scenes from the series A Case for Two in chronological order and demonstrates how the fetishisation of the female body developed or, rather, froze to death in this popular German crime series. Bare ankles, lace necklines, perfect make-up: even hanged women have to look good.
