Awarded Guests

Carlos Saura
Director Carlos Saura received the Crystal Globe for Outstanding Artistic Contribution to World Cinema at this year’s festival. Along with Almodóvar, Saura is one of Spain’s most well-established filmmakers. Throughout much of his career he collaborated with Geraldine Chaplin.
Edward Norton
The festival was also visited by the immensely talented actor Edward Norton, who viewers know from Forman’s The People vs. Larry Flynt, among others.
