Synopsis

Prague, Hradčany. A house dating from the 16th century, which adjoins the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is one of the few in this location occupied by the original tenants. Its owner, however, has decided to sell the house, and all its occupants, including the film’s director, will be moved out. This talented director, whose films have won a series of awards, has come up with a playfully stylised film; displaying a keen sensitivity she presents the house and its tenants as one “body”.
