Juliána Silvie Kamás

Juliána Silvie Kamas is a Prague-based producer and Head of Custom Content at Krutart studio. A FAMU Production graduate with over 15 years of experience, she specializes in animated, educational, and cross-media projects. Her portfolio includes the Czech Lion-nominated documentary The Russian Job, the global series Kosmix, and the planetarium film 321 Lift Off!. Passionate about community and sharing industry know-how, she is also the co-founder and host of Pitch, a popular Czech film industry podcast.​

Petr Dvořák

Petr Dvořák is an experienced media executive with more than twenty years of practice in the television and media industry.

He currently works as an independent media consultant, serves as Chairman of the Board of the State Audiovisual Fund, and is also the Executive Director of the Vltava Philharmonic Foundation. In addition, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Leica Gallery Prague.

From 2011 to 2023, he served as Director General of Czech Television, where he was responsible for managing six nationwide television channels. Under his leadership, Czech Television achieved a market share of more than 30% and record levels of public trust. He also significantly expanded international cooperation, particularly in the areas of drama production, sports broadcasting, and news coverage.

At the international level, he served from 2013 to 2019 as a member of the Executive Board (ExBo) and from 2020 to 2023 as Vice-President of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), where he was involved in the strategic governance of the organization and in the acquisition of sports broadcasting rights across 56 member countries.

From 2002 to 2010, he was CEO of TV Nova, where he implemented a successful multi-channel digital strategy and maintained a market share of around 45%. From 2008 to 2010, he also served as Vice-President of CME, the owner of TV Nova, overseeing all broadcasting operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia.

Klára Jůzová

Klára Jůzová graduated in directing and screenwriting from UTB Zlín and FAMU. She co-founded Krutart studio. Her directorial and writing debut was the TV drama series Lynč (Czech TV and ARTE G.E.I.E., 2018). She co-directed and co-wrote the animated series Kosmix, serving as head writer for season 2. She directed the animated film Little Eve, which won an award at the American Dome Fest West and is screened in over 40 planetariums worldwide. She is also developing the bedtime story series Alma and Kory. At Krutart, she oversees all content development. She also co-hosts the Pitch.cz industry podcast.

Pavla Voříšková

JUDr. Mgr. Pavla Voříšková, Ph.D., is a senior attorney at the law firm ŠTAIDL LEŠKA ADVOKÁTI s. r. o., which has specialized for more than twenty years in providing highly specialized legal advice in the areas of copyright law and personality rights. The law firm represents leading film and television producers, music publishers, festival organizers, authors, and performing artists, as well as the most prominent collective management organizations, architects, and developers of computer games and IT solutions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The law firm ŠTAIDL LEŠKA ADVOKÁTI s. r. o. has long been recommended by the prestigious international ranking firm Legal500. In addition to her legal practice, Pavla Voříšková teaches at FAMU and has long specialized in copyright issues in architecture and construction, including in an international context. She is the author of the only monograph in the Czech Republic on the topic of Copyright Law in Architecture, which was published in 2018 by C.H.Beck.​

Martin Jůza

Martin Jůza (*1986) studied directing at UTB Zlín and FAMU. In 2014, he co-founded the animation studio Krutart, where he works as a producer. His producing debut, the feature documentary The Russian Job, premiered at IDFA (2017), was broadcast internationally, and was nominated for a Czech Lion Award.

He produced the animated series Kosmix for Czech Television, which is distributed worldwide by Dandelooo. He also launched the successful fulldome CG film 3-2-1 Liftoff!, now screened in more than 90 planetariums around the world. Krutart's other planetarium productions include the award-winning Little Eve, shown in over 40 planetariums, and the upcoming 3-2-1 to the Moon!.

The studio is also producing the short film Colors, developing the animated series Alma and Kory, and will begin production next year on the international co-production feature film Kosmix: Secret Mission. Martin is an alumnus of Berlinale Talents, Dok.Incubator, and IDFA Academy, and co-hosts the film industry podcast Pitch.cz.

Marta Nováková

Marta Nováková is a Czech director and screenwriter. Her debut film Marta(2006) was screened at numerous international festivals, winning several awards, including a nomination for European Debut of the Year (Göteborg).

Her film 8 Heads of Madness received the Czech Film Critics' Award. She also directed the acclaimed documentary miniseries Czechoslovak Citizens in Gulags for Czech Television. Marta is from 2023 the Chairwoman of Association of Czech Film Directors, Screenwriters and Script Editors.
