The village of Miková in eastern Slovakia has nothing to complain about in terms of media coverage. Thanks to its famed native son Andy Warhol, every inhabitant has likely had his or her “15 minutes of fame.” Austrian director Georg Misch concentrated on just this dimension of the modern myth – media intervention into the quiet lives of the inhabitants and how it manipulates them, altering their desires.
